Hello folks, I wish the withdraws were as easy as deposits.. I made my first withdraw from FD $150 using Trustly direct deposit to my bank. My account shows the $150 credit but then a -$50 debit for balance of $100 Surely they're not charging a $50 fee for this are they? FD says they don't charge a fee, the customer service there is useless and I can't contact Trustly through the FD site...WTF! Anyone else have similar issues.....Thanks

I got issue resolved, but i would seriously think again before I do business with Fanduel or draftkings, virtually no customer service help.

It’s just unbelievable that they still do not have a live agent in customer service to help with these inquires. Chat bot bullshit does not always help , they advertise in the 10’s of millions and this is how they treat customers been going on for 5 years. Government should get involved

rnorton if you really think betMGM, Caesar, Rivers, or ESPNbet are any different then give em a shot but none of them have the customer service of the old offshore outs. i've found FD and DK to have much better response than MGM and Rivers, for example
